The Good Food Month team from Fairfax Events continue to operate at the forefront of Asian hawker style food and beverage experiences. Bringing together over 40 incredible food vendors, complemented by a range of bars including Pimms, James Squire, Brands Laira, and the popular Canvas Events bars Hartwells, HaFu and Deuce, plus a live music program specially curated for the Night Noodle Markets by the passionate grass roots music specialists at Local Vocal, the markets immediately transform their surrounds into the best place in town to spend the balmy early summer evenings outdoors.

Canvas provides event logistics, licensing and management for the Noodles events around Australia’s state capitals.

Curated Plate is a celebration of artisan food and drink producers from the Sunshine Coast and surrounds over a balmy weekend in July.

Canvas Events partner with the client to take care of all site licensing, bar provision, event draught beer and logistics for the event.

Canvas were offered the opportunity to manage the musicians at the Noodle Markets around the country. We saw this as a great opportunity to interact with amazing artists and performers in Australia’s major cities and led to the creation of our Local Vocal brand.

Bondi’s Latin American Festival has been running for over 37 years. Celebrating the vibrancy, diversity and richness of Australia’s Latin American community - a huge number of groups and organisations participate in this annual landmark event.

Canvas Events look after all aspects of the production for the event, including marketing, logistics, stakeholder negotiations, musical arrangement & licensing for this amazing, family friendly festival.

Every August over 80,000 runners, wheelers, and walkers make their way over 14km from Sydney’s Hyde Park to the iconic Bondi Beach for the world’s largest fun run, the City 2 Surf.

Helping keep the fun in the run and the motivation in the participants are over 20 stages from the start line to the finish line, with a range of musicians and performers representing the depth and breadth of Sydney’s live music diaspora, implemented by Canvas Events.

Our work is not restricted to Australian shores. We’ve loved working in New Zealand for the LUMA Southern Light Festival Project.

Our team designs, builds and manages all on site hospitality outlets across three nights in the dark South Island winter. Carefully placed amongst the stunning light sculptures and installations, LUMA is an event we will always look forward to working on.
